Ways to use lavender oil
Add two or three drops to a diffuser to fill a room slowly, rather than all at once. Add a few drops to a cotton pad and tuck it inside a pillowcase before sleep. A few drops on a tissue placed near a desk or bedside table works well too.
Good to know
Store away from direct light and keep the cap tight between uses to preserve the oil's strength. One drop is usually enough.
